To initiate and announce our preparations, we have organized the CAKE MIXING CEREMONY on Friday the 20th October 2023 at 12.30 p.m. Hotel guest, Ms Nina Reddy-Joint Managing Director and staff together will participate to herald in the festivity and fellowship, the essence of camaraderie.
It will be a treat to watch the group mix the candid ginger, orange peel, nuts & raisins, black currants, apricot, fig, cherries, dates, along with connoisseur’s collection of wine, rum, whiskey to soak the ingredients with festive cheer. 200 Kg of dry fruits and nuts mixed in 30 liters of Beverages

Savera every year celebrates the international chefs day on 20 October along with guests and other staffs This year additionally Savera is also recognizing their chefs who have won their alcolades in 6th edition of chef competition organized by South India Chefs association under the leadership of celebrity chef Damu. Savera won 12 medals under different category.Authentic live Indian, plated petit four and praline, plated appetizer, three course set dinner menu, innovative biryani. Authentic Indian regional cuisine, cocktail and mocktail competition. Also over all best participation award was received by Savera!
