Velammal Main School, Mogappair Campus hosted an ‘Interactive Show with the Scientist’ on the theme exploring Science on 8th March, 2023 at the CNR Hall of Excellence.Dr. N. Parasuraman, Principal Scientist, M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation, Chennai presided over the talkshow.
Presiding over, the chief guest expressed his opinion about the changes occuring in the field of science especially the agricultural sector with more technological advancements on major projects.He also threw light on various career prospects in the field of agriculture and further elaborated on how one can realize the dream of having a scientific research career. He imparted volumes of knowledge and experience, which kept the students captivated throughout the session.
Shri S. Muthuraj, Vice Principal, felicitated the Scientist Dr. N. Parasuraman and welcomed the gathering.He advised the young minds aspiring to bring about changes in the world to work hard towards achieving their goals and aspirations by simply staying focussed.
